How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Romanreading Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to complain and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to write to us about:
- Your experience when you phoned or contacted Romanreading Heating & Air
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we matched you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Romanreading Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@romanreading.living and include:
- Your name and how we can reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with HVAC contractors, your state contractor or mechanical licensing board may also be able to help.
